Function:

To increase the mobility of lower limbs bringing coordination and balance to the body, improve heart and lung capacity strengthening legs and gluteus musculature.

Approach:

Hold the handle and stand on the pedals, adjust your centre of gravity and realise walking movement with a straight back, moving the pedals back and forth without forcing the movement.

Safety:

If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner

Children using this apparatus should be supervised by an adult
