Function:
Stretches the ligaments of the legs and waist and eases fatigue of the lower limbs and waist.
Approach:
Place a leg on one of the three bars on Leg Stretcher. Each height provides a different level of stretching.
Safety:
If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner
Children using this apparatus should be supervised by an adult
