Position yourself on the seat provided, place your feet on the pedals and take hold of the handles with both hands. Draw both handles back and forward repeatedly. Repeat sevrl times.
If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner
