To build muscles in the upper arms, back and chest muscle groups and to assist with cardio-pulmonary functions.
Sit on the machine with your back perfectly straight . Grasp the handles with your hands and push forward until your arms are almost stretched and slowly return to the starting position.
If at any point during your exercise you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop and consult a General Practitioner
Children using this apparatus should be supervised by an adult
